The story of Dosti Ka Pagalpan revolves around the friendship between Mahin Arshad and Anam Adeel, who happen to be cousins. Mahin is also friends with their neighborhood doctor, Ahad Ali, and Burhan. Anam’s brother, Afan, is in love with his sister Rimsha. However, due to Rimsha’s focus on her studies, her family is hesitant about her marriage. As they live in the same neighborhood, a friendship blossoms, leading to various mischievous adventures. In the course of this friendship, Mahin Arshad finds herself falling in love with Dr. Ahad Ali, despite Ahad’s lack of affection towards Mahin.
